Recently I always come across some net friend in the Yahoo asking me that how to import multiple pictures into PowerPoint slideshow, so for the people who is eagerly in need of this method to resolve the problem. I particularly take some time to collect a practical tutorial for your reference.

It is very easy to import a picture into PowerPoint presentation. However, when you want to insert a large number of pictures into your PowerPoint, you will find it is really a trouble thing. Most important, the duplication of work can cost you a lot of valuable time. Then, Is there a way to import a folder full of pictures into PowerPoint as individual slides? If the pictures are on your computer, click File/Disk. If they’re on your digital camera, click Scanner/Camera. Then select the pictures you want to import and click Insert. You can change the order using the Up and Down arrows. Also, there are buttons to rotate and adjust contract and brightness

Photo albums allow you to get a large number of images into PowerPoint in a hurry. Yes, you can do that simply by multiply selecting them via the Insert Image Dialogue box. But Photo Album allows them to be sorted, moved around, and even a bit of basic (very basic) fixing.

To access, go to Insert| Picture| New Photo album...

You can load Album content from your hard drive (1), a scanner or camera (2) or add a text box to a slide. I'm not sure why you would want to do that, but you can! Well, there is one advantage. If you add a text box here, it will be placed evenly on the slide!

THIS is brilliant! You can later reorder or reformat a Picture Album even after it is created. If you go to the Format menu, an item is listed "Format Picture album". This brings back the dialogue box to reposition pictures or change things. Very nice.

The Photo album feature inserts images into the back of autoshapes. So, you can change the line color or other things you can normally do with autoshapes. You can also change the actual shape of the object via the Drawing toolbar of Draw| Change Autoshape and so on.

Choose how many images you want on each slide under Picture layout area . You can also choose a frame shape and design template. When you click Create, you get a quick and easy PowerPoint slide show.

Now you're done, the PowerPoint have been automatically created a number of different slides with your pictures. It is much faster than insert a bunch of pictures into PowerPoint slideshow one by one. Of course, if you need to add different animation effects, you have to set them one by one with your own hands. what’s more, you can also convert your PowerPoint slideshow to flash with PPT to flash software.
